• The JobBank Personality Profile Assessment - this provides information on career options that an individual’s Personality Type predisposes him/her to enjoy and do well at.
• Personalised Career Handbook - this workbook helps the affected individual to prepare a Career Plan.
• Online Video Presentations - access to online presentations by Dr. Leahcim Semaj.
• Consultation Session -  a 50 minute, one-on-one session to go through assessment results and the Handbook and to discuss areas of concern to you.

The JobBank Personality Profile - This computer administered assessment identifies Personality Type and provides each client with a comprehensive understanding of him/herself in relation to work, conflict resolution style and needs. By measuring how people perceive, and judge the world around them, we can reliably type people as extroverted, introverted, sensing or intuitive, thinking or feeling, and perceiving or judging. We are also able to assess suitability for different fields and working environments.

The Personality Type identified is used to guide you the client in your career selection and to identify any lifestyle changes that may be required to ensure success.

Personalized Career Handbook - A compilation of results from The JobBank Personality Profile Assessment and a Workbook .

Eight Steps to Creating a Personal Career Plan, a work related introspection activity, is provided as part of the workbook. This is used to guide you in the selection of your next job/career. We offer you insight into your work related strengths and weaknesses. You are also provided with a skills and abilities list to help you better indentify the areas of interest in which you have excelled.

The Personalized Career Handbook offers you all the tools necessary for you to re-work and re-vamp your resume in the Resume Preparation Guide, as there is an outline of the ideal resume. Tips on preparing impactful Cover Letters and useful interview tips are also provided.

Online Video Presentations – Persons are given access to three (3) online presentations by Dr. Semaj. The presentations address the following topics:

• Cover Letter Writing

These presentations provide invaluable information on how to market yourself and proper interview decorum.

The Consultation Session affords you one-on-one Career Guidance.

Each client is required to complete the exercises in the Personalized Career Handbook and then follow-up with a one-on-one session.
