This computer administered assessment, identifies personality type and provides the client with a comprehensive understanding of him/herself in relation to work, conflict resolution style and needs.

The personality type identified is used to guide the client in career selection and lifestyle changes that may be required to ensure success.

Résumé Review

Your current résumé is reviewed with a view to being revamped. Information is re-organised to present your skills in the best possible light.

We give you the information to re-format the résumé to ensure that it is easy to read and that the presentation looks professional.

Personalised Career Handbook

A compilation of results from The JobBank Personality Profile Assessment with a workbook - 'Ten Steps to Creating a Personal Career Plan.' This is used in the selection of a next job/career.

The Consultation Session

Each client is required to complete the exercises in the Personalised Career Handbook and return for a session with Dr. Semaj. Issues are discussed and specific concerns addressed.
