The Jamaica Employers’ Federation does a survey each year and you can access information on salaries in your field, by sector. This information will serve as a useful guide in your negotiation. There is a charge to use the service:
Library User Fee: J$350.00 + G.C.T. per hour
Photocopying from the Salary Surveys
- Supervisory, Clerical and Administrative Level – J$200.00 + G.C.T. per page
- Executive Level – J$600.00 + G.C.T. per page
