What to take with you for the Process
For Local Employment

Already Hired?  You will need a letter from your employer (The job letter is optional) as well as valid identification and your Tax Payer Registration Number (TRN) (Driver’s License or Passport or National Identification).  

If you have NOT yet been hired but you are required to provide the Police Record as part of the hiring process, you will need to take in valid identification and your TRN card.

For Overseas Employment:

You need a passport, TRN and two (2) passport-sized pictures.

General: You need to take proper identification - Driver’s License or Passport or National Identification, and your TRN.

For Travel: You need to take your passport, TRN and two (2) passport-sized pictures.

For Accident: You need to take proper identification - Driver’s License or Passport or National Identification, and your TRN.

The processing time depend on the Police Station the accident was reported at.

N.B: Passport-sized pictures do NOT need to be certified

Cost:
$2,000.00 to process in 3 working days - Express
$1,000.00 to process in 21 working days – Regular
$1,000.00 for the Accident Report
